Parkview Princess Cut Flower Garden

We are excited to offer this amazing cut flower collection, so whether you are a new gardener or a flower addict, we are sure you will love our new collection.  All seeds included are considered annuals in most zones, however, most of these varieties will self-seed and return the following year.  You can also let flowers 'go to seed' in the fall, and then collect and save seeds for next year!

-4 Dahlia Tubers (1 tuber per variety)

-25 seeds each of the following easy to grow flowers

Cut Flowers:

 Zinnia – Readily self-seeds if spent blooms are left to dry on the plant.
 Celosia – Easily self-seeds and may come back in warm soil.
 Centaurea (Bachelor’s Button, Cornflower) – Self-seeds prolifically.
Dusty Miller – Typically does not self-seed reliably, but it produces miniature silver 'pumpkin-esque' seed pods that you can harvest and store for next year.
Asters –Typically does not self-seed reliably, but produces an abundance of seeds when flowers are left on the plant to go to seed in fall. 

Flowering Ground Cover:

Alyssum – Self-seeds readily, often appearing in the same spot next year.
Portulaca (Moss Rose) – Self-seeds well in warm, well-drained soil.

For self-seeders, allowing some flowers to fully mature and drop seeds will encourage natural reseeding for the following season!  For collecting seeds from plants, allow flowers to fully mature and dry out to a crispy texture before removing heads.  Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to learn more about collecting seeds this fall!
